Your donation of any amount will directly support students, like Donnaysia, who flourish within a trauma-informed, project-based and engaging learning community.
Da Vinci RISE High must fundraise $3,000 per student in order to sustain the wraparound services that allow these at-promise youth to access an equitable and empowering education.
Every dollar donated goes directly to the provision of personalized, project-based learning and comprehensive wraparound services such as counseling and case management. This powerful, integrative approach ensures RISE students graduate with a strong sense of self and value of community, that they possess the skills and passion to create change, and that they feel empowered and prepared to do so.
Founded in 2017, Da Vinci RISE High is a safe haven for youth experiencing the foster care system, housing instability and/or the juvenile justice system. RISE incorporates project-based learning, onsite mental health services, flexible scheduling, trauma-informed care, and a co-location model for wraparound services and extracurricular programming to provide educational equity for youth who are most frequently written out of the larger educational narrative.
Your donation has been received by Da Vinci Schools Fund, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, Tax ID# 82-4350823, and directed to Da Vinci RISE High. All donations are voluntary and tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
